England AFB
The following information was furnished by Gene Rossel
On December 1965 Col Hugh G. Fly assumed command of the 1st Air Commando Wing, a month and a half before its move to England AFB. Phyllis Ann, electronic C-47 trained at England January - June 1967 the 4412 CCTS was assigned to England AFB. On 3 April 1967 Col Alpheus Blizzard succeeded Col Fly as 1st ACW Commander. On 1 March 1968 4413 CCTS was assigned to England AFB. On 10 February the first A-37B's arrived for the 4406th CCTS. On 11 April 1969 15 Vietnamese pilots graduated from A-37 training at England AFB.
