CORNERSTAR
AURORA, COLORADO


A new regional, open-air shopping center.
The 750,000-square-foot center will be located at the southwest corner
of Parker and Arapahoe roads.

Cornerstar is expected to attract a gourmet grocery store, bookstore, sporting
goods retailer, small shops and several restaurants to the project. There
also may be some housing, including apartments, that would be built
by a national developer.
